Honestlo Cycle+ is a science-backed nutritional formula containing essential vitamins, minerals, and herbal actives, formulated for women with irregular menstrual cycles. It combines Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol in a 40:1 ratio, the ratio most studied in published clinical research, alongside N-Acetyl Cysteine, Chromium, Vitamin D3, and Folate.
The formula is additionally fortified with Omega-3 DHA, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and traditional herbal ingredients including Manjishtha, Giloy, and Vijaysar. It is formulated without added sugar, using Stevia as a natural sweetener.

Directions
Fill a glass with up to 200ml of water, or your favourite smoothie or milk.
Empty one Cycle+ sachet into the glass.
